Summer Internship

Internship begins June 6th and ends August 12th (start and end dates are flexible if necessary).

Candidates should be ages 18-22 with strong interest in at least one of the following areas:

  • Arts Administration

  • Dance Science

  • Contemporary Ballet Performance

  • Dance Education

​

In order to receive $150.00 stipend, intern must work 35 documented hours between start date and end date (additional hours are available if needed for school credit), and complete one supervised project of their own conception (small performance, class series, research, etc.).

Internship responsibilities will be tailored to intern's interests and goals, and may include:

  • Planning and organizing aspects of installations, educational programs, and artistic endeavors

  • Researching, brainstorming, and experimenting with pointe shoe adaptation/production

  • Performing in various opportunities

  • Teaching classes, camps, intensives, series, or summer programs

Interviews will be conducted on Zoom the following week, and a decision will be made by February 11th.
